Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid)
Type: Full-time, permanent
About the role:
Join BSI's Financial Accounting team and help deliver high-quality financial reporting across our international operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Financial Accountant to gain exposure to a variety of areas including royalties, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities during an exciting period of change and transformation at BSI.
Responsibilities:Support Corporate, Knowledge Solutions, and the Middle East region Manage and reconcile royalty, intercompany and general ledger accounts Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing change initiatives Collaborate with colleagues across finance and other business areas to ensure accuracy and compliance

To be successful in the role, you will have:Strong UK accounting experience essential Part-qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA Excellent Excel skills required, experience with systems such as SAP is preferred, and Blackline, Concur, or EPM is advantageous Able to work under pressure, take ownership, and work independently Collaborative and supportive team player with a vibrant personality, open to continuous improvement and sharing ideas
