Job Description
TMM are partnering exclusively with a valued client who are looking for a Financial Accounting Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial governance, delivering accurate statutory reporting and supporting effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring strong financial governance and controls across the organisation.
- Leading the delivery of statutory reporting in compliance with UK GAAP and FRS102.
- Providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable financial analysis.
- Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Significant experience in a financial accounting and reporting role.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS102.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of Excel literacy with the ability to work confidently with complex data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
