Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide dedicated administrative support to two financial advisers.
Handle direct communication with clients and product providers in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update client records by saving relevant documents and adding clear, accurate file notes.
Process a range of business transactions, including mortgages, protection policies, pensions, and investment applications.
Track and follow up on application progress to ensure timely completion.
Prepare documentation for client meetings and assist with follow-up actions.
Maintain and manage internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
Support compliance by ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and other adviser support tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role within a finance department.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with product provider and clients.
