We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator / Accounts Administrator to join the finance team of our fast-growing company group. This role is also suitable for a Finance Assistant or AAT-qualified professional looking to progress within a multi-company environment. Full training will be provided on systems and processes.
Based at our Head Office in Bidford-on-Avon, you will support the finance function across several established businesses, including T N Water Limited, Cotswold Coffee Company Limited, and Coffee Importers Limited.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for sales ledger control
Processing high volumes of sales invoices
Purchase ledger management and supplier payments
Bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Credit control and customer account management
Assisting with month-end finance processes
General accounts and finance administration
Skills and Experience
AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, or qualified by experience
Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and ledger processes
Confident user of MS Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional and discreet approach to confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a finance team
