Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Administrator to join our team in Glenrothes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial operations that support our mission of providing exceptional electrical services. Your contributions will help ensure the financial health and sustainability of our family-run business.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Completing monthly wages in Sage and submission to HMRC and Nest Pensions Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations. Completing quarterly VAT Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning initiatives. Provide administrative support for audits as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Pay: 14.50-16.90 per hour
