Otter Valley Poultry is looking for a proactive and organised
Financial Administrator
to join our friendly team. This role offers flexibility with working hours, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with family or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing company accounts using QuickBooks
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling bank accounts and financial records
Assisting with payroll and staff expense claims
Preparing financial reports for management
General administrative support including email correspondence
What we're looking for:
Strong computer skills and confidence using accounting software (QuickBooks experience essential)
Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
