Key Skills
Experience in providing support within a Financial Advisers
Understanding of the financial planning process
Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
Articulate, both written and verbally and able to interact with clients in a professional manner
An exciting opportunity for a competent Administrator with experience in a Financial Advisers who will assist our IFA's and Paraplanners with planning and preparation for client recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the finance sector and be organised, accurate and have a keen eye for detail.
Main Duties to include:
Support the Financial Advisers with preparation of files
Assist with the submission of new business applications
Ensure appropriate data is accurately recorded and updated on Company back-office systems
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures.
Maintain communication channels open with clients to assist with ah hoc enquiries or instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
