Part Time Paraplanner / Financial Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent individual to come and work with our small and friendly team.

Could suit an applicant looking to work school hours, with potential for a term-time only arrangement.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary - 28,000 (Dependent on experience).



Experience desired but not essential. Training will be provided and there is potential for growth with opportunities for support with relevant qualifications in the future. Renumeration reviewed annually inline with gained experience and capability in role.

Essential qualities:



o Experience as a PA or office administrator

o Financial Services experience valuable but not essential

o Attention to detail

o Ability to calculate percentages and analyse financial figures

o Good grasp of Microsoft Office applications

o Proactive and uses initiative

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Organisational and time management skills

o Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

The duties of this role include:



o Liaising with customers and providers via email and phone.

o Submitting financial applications to providers.

o Prepare regulatory client letters and documentation on behalf of the advisers.

o Keep clients updated on the progress of their applications.

o Responding to customer enquiries.

o Thorough file checking and compliance duties to maintain accuracy and regulatory standards.

o General admin in support of the team and perhaps some PA duties

Initially working from our office at Broome Manor Lane; this may develop to 50/50 hybrid working.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 16,800.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
