Job Description

To provide administrative support to our Finance department through undertaking a range of tasks which require general skills and knowledge. The role is based in our busy Rugby office supporting care homes, hotels and business and industry sectors with their foodservice and laundry equipment requirements. The role is open to both full and part time applicants and hours can be flexible by discussion at interview stage.

Key Responsibilities in this role will include.

To operate administrative systems and procedures within the team that specifically supports the operation of the department. Process all incoming invoices through HubDoc and post into Xero, both for product and services. Invoice all outgoing jobs from Job Logic ( Service Software ) through to Xero and issue. Posting and reconciling bank accounts in Xero. Maintain company ledgers including balance sheet reconciliations. Weekly credit control To provide a frontline customer response service and resolve basic queries. To collate, record, store and retrieve data and information as required.
Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Good literacy and numeracy skills. Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software, however training will be given. Ability to communicate in person and/or in writing to a range of people. Ability to prioritise own workload to work to deadlines whilst dealing with interruptions. Experience of working with Microsoft packages. Can use initiative and has a proactive approach to workload. Attention to detail. Experience of database processing and management beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided. Good telephone manner. Friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.

Pay: 26,500.00-29,000.00 per year
