Job Description
A manufacturing business in Newry requires the support of an Interim Financial Controller to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Have you experience of leading a small, but high-performing team, within a deadline driven environment?

The is an opportunity for an Interim Financial Controller to join a company who are currently operating a multi-site operation, with major plans for Europe.
The Financial Controller will report to the CFO and will be responsible for assisting in developing and delivering strong financial management to support through an exciting period of expansion and development. Leading a small finance team, you will play an important role in the growth of a business who are truly operating on a global scale, while maintaining the positive environment which has contributed to their success.

About you
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years' experience in a management position
- Experience of working close with Executive Board
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Energetic, proactive with a strong work ethic
- Experience in project accounting
- Manage small finance team, ensuring deliverables are met
- Assist in developing and delivering annual budgets
- Working closely with commercial team regarding pricing and margin analysis
- Treasury management
- Managing all banking relationships
- Implementing strong financial controls
