- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

- Oversee and lead the finance team to ensure efficient operations.

A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Competitive salary ranging from 65,000 to 75,000 per annum.
- Additional 10% performance-based bonus.
