We're looking for a Financial Planner Assistant! At Informed Choice, we're proud to be an independent financial advisory firm that puts our clients' interests first.
Right now, we're looking for a talented Financial Planner Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional financial planning services. In this role, you'll support our Financial Planners with client queries, general admin daily tasks, attend client meetings, taking notes and in general assisting the Financial Planner to help deliver exceptional service to our clients. You'll also be updating our back-office system with information, contacting providers and any other ad hoc tasks that maybe required to support the Financial Planner.
What we're looking for
:
Minimum of two years' experience as a Paraplanner or Administrator for a busy Financial Planning firm.
Either CII level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards this.
Need to be in a commutable distance to the office in Cranleigh as you will assist with client meetings up to three days a week.
Proficiency in MS Office is required and ideally previous experience working with Intelliflo (IO).
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
