You're ready to join a team where integrity, respect, and reliability guide everything--and where client outcomes, not sales targets, are the priority.
We're looking for someone who:
Has at least 4 years' experience in the financial planning sector, with a strong grasp of products, markets, and client needs.
Brings 2+ years of hands-on experience with cash flow planning and holistic financial advice.
Holds a current Level 6 qualification (CII or CISI) and is committed to continuous professional development.
Communicates with clarity, warmth, and credibility--building trust with clients and colleagues alike.
Possesses a sharp analytical mind and can confidently turn complex information into meaningful advice.
Is proficient with financial planning tools and cash flow modelling software, and comfortable using technology to enhance client outcomes.
Has a strong compliance mindset, with a proven commitment to high ethical standards and professional integrity.
May currently be working as a Level 6 Paraplanner ready to transition into an advisory role--we welcome and support that progression.

The opportunity to deepen your expertise across all areas of financial planning, with the freedom to grow at your own pace.
A culture that embraces forward-thinking and values fresh, educated perspectives from every team member.
The genuine satisfaction of helping clients achieve meaningful, long-term financial goals--with advice that puts their best interests first.
A refreshing alternative to large, sales-driven firms--we're proudly independent and committed to preserving our core values of integrity, respect, educated approach, and reliability as we grow.
Benefits:
Company Pension, Income Protection, Death in Service, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, study support (no cap), flexible working, flexible appointments, Enhanced Maternity Leave, and membership of professional bodies.
