We are seeking a highly accomplished and motivated

Senior Financial Planner

to join our team at

You will be a

Chartered Financial Planner

with

5-10 years of advisory experience

, demonstrating a proven track record in

client acquisition, retention

, and delivering exceptional financial advice.

What you'll do





Deliver

holistic, unbiased financial planning

to a portfolio of clients, advising across

investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning

Maintain and expand your

network of professional connections

(e.g. solicitors, accountants), leveraging relationships for

business development and referrals

Lead client meetings, conduct detailed

fact finds

, and create

bespoke financial plans

tailored to individual needs and objectives Oversee

complex technical cases

and act as a

subject matter expert

within the team Uphold the

highest standards of regulatory compliance

and ethical advice Represent Benchmark Financial Planning at

industry and networking events

, helping to drive

new client opportunities

Mentor and support

junior planners and paraplanners, fostering their professional development Contribute to

strategic planning

, operational improvements, and overall business growth Stay up to date with

technical, legislative, and market developments

, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need





Chartered Financial Planner

status (CII or equivalent) - essential*
Minimum

5 years' experience

providing regulated financial advice to clients (ideally 10+) Proven track record in

business development

through referral sources and professional connections Strong technical expertise in

pensions, investments, estate planning

, and

taxation

Deep understanding of

compliance procedures

and

regulatory requirements

Excellent

interpersonal, relationship management

, and

presentation skills

Proficient in

financial planning technology

, back-office systems, and the

Microsoft Office Suite
