We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join an existing team based in our offices in Farnborough. We are leading chartered Financial Planning company and we are on the a recruitment drive to increase the team due to volume of work from our new client base.
We are looking for individuals who are currently working within a financial services organisation.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of meeting packs
Uploading of new business documents.
Provide administrative support to the financial Paraplanning team, including sending out of client fact find.
Being a point of contact for clients
Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial services in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Booking in review meeting
Liaising with Pension Provider & Investment Platforms
Skills
For this role we are looking for candidates to have some form of financial services experience.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Solid office skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial services is advantageous.

Pay: 25,420.00-30,000.00 per year
