Financial Planning Administrator
to join our team and support key operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine
file reviews
to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle and resolve
client queries
with professionalism and care
Maintain and update the
new and ongoing business register
Assist with general administrative duties to support the financial team
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping using our back office, Intelligent Office
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or financial services support role (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
