The Role

Shape and execute Patrianna's financial strategy, delivering actionable insights that empower game teams and business leaders to make bold, data-driven decisions as our gaming universe grows.

What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with studio teams and business leaders, offering

financial guidance

on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions--including

joint ventures (JVs)

, mergers, and acquisitions Lead the full budgeting and forecasting cycle; monitor financial performance, perform

detailed variance analysis

, and deliver clear, timely insights to management Analyze

P&L

, working capital, and project profitability--spotting risks and surfacing opportunities to drive sustainable growth Prepare and present comprehensive

weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards

for diverse audiences, making complex results easy to act on Ensure robust

compliance and governance

across JVs by working closely with legal and external partners Proactively strengthen relationships with colleagues at all levels,

translating financial concepts into actionable insights

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (

CFA, CPA, ACA, or Master's preferred

)

5+ years

of experience in FP&A, business partnerships, or joint venture finance--ideally with exposure to gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario planning; proven record analyzing joint ventures or partnership structures Strong communicator--skilled at explaining the "why" behind the numbers and building trust across diverse functions Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools;

problem-solver

comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines Detail-oriented and organized, with genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement
