Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a commercially astute FP&A Manager to join our high growth business and play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the business. Your role will be focused on analysing performance, providing insight, supporting decision making and lead financial improvement projects. You will partner with all operational areas to help establish and deliver strategic initiatives.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.? Analyse actual financial performance vs forecast/budget, providing insightful variance analysis.? Understand financial drivers and performance metrics to identify cost saving opportunities.? Support product costing analysis and customer margin reporting.? Prepare high quality daily, weekly and monthly management information, dashboards and KPI's.? Develop and maintain financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions.? Improve internal processes/systems and reporting tools for better efficiency and insights. ? Support investment appraisals, capital expenditure analysis, and pricing decisions.? Provide ad hoc analysis and support business case development?
Skills & Experience

Advanced data analysis and financial modelling skills.? Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.? Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.? Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.? Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, with proven experience in managing and optimising digital environments. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with post-qualification experience.? Strong background in FP&A, ideally within a food processing or manufacturing setting.? Advanced Excel skills desirable? Experience with ERP systems and data visualisation tools. Experience of Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics and Targit reporting desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
