Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities Help streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications - ExternalBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus
