Financial Reporting Lead
15-Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to become the Financial Reporting Lead for our clients UK hubs!

As the Financial Reporting Lead, you\'ll play a pivotal role in providing crucial insights and accurate financial information to support senior management and key stakeholders.

Your Role:
As the Financial Reporting Lead, you will lead the financial reporting process for UK sites, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, integrity, and value in reporting. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and revise the content, ensuring it caters to the dynamic demands of our clients growing company.

What You\'ll Do:

• Produce all month-end reports, providing insightful commentary tailored to stakeholders\' needs.
• Lead with income statement narratives and finance pack narratives, empowering the team to excel in their reporting responsibilities.
• Review and enhance report commentaries provided by the Finance team, guiding and supporting them towards improvement.
• Collaborate with operational and project teams to integrate relevant information into financial reports.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of source information.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting as required, including to operational management.
• Review monthly accounts and financial figures, offering valuable feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What We\'re Looking For:

• A Finance professional with a keen eye for detail and meticulous attention to accuracy.
• Proficient in Access Dimensions and Focal Point (or quick to learn these systems).
• Proven experience in Financial Reporting and producing reports that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and direct the Finance team.
• Ability to work efficiently, organising tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
• Committed to following company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
