As
Reporting Finance Manager
, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. You'll lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts in line with FRS 102, and coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
You'll play a key role in:
Leading the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Preparing group consolidations and Board Packs for senior stakeholders
Managing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit delivery
Overseeing tax compliance (Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS) and regulatory filings
Monitoring banking covenants and supporting liquidity planning through detailed cash flow forecasting
Supporting finance transformation initiatives and process improvements
Coaching and guiding cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

What We Want
We're looking for someone who:
Is a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven post-qualification experience
Has strong technical expertise in FRS 102 and experience managing external audits
Is practice-trained (ideally Big 4 or mid-tier) and has transitioned successfully into industry
Demonstrates a deep understanding of tax compliance (VAT, CIS, Corporation Tax)
Is confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Has experience in finance transformation or process improvement
