Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in statutory reporting, external audit, and tax compliance to support the business during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare two sets of FRS 101 statutory financial accounts, including technical workings related to IFRS16, IFRS2, and corporation and deferred tax estimates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collate narrative disclosures. Support the Financial Controller with audit management, including coordinating requests, preparing workpapers, resolving queries, and monitoring timelines. Assist with corporation tax submissions by preparing and collating information, acting as the link between external advisors, group tax, and local finance teams. Work with ledger teams to prepare and review VAT returns. Manage complex reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure ledgers are audit-ready following a finance system transition.
