Charles Jones Wealth Management are looking for a part-time, Financial Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Financial administration experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with great time and diary management skills.

Duties
Main responsibilities
First point-of-contact for all telephone enquiries.
Dealing with client queries
Updating our back-office system
Managing adviser's appointments/ diary management
Maintain Client Relationships
Financial Planner Support Including:
Requesting and collating plan information
Assisting in client meeting preparation
Preparing client documentation
Liaising with providers
On-line submission of pension and investment applications
Ongoing Client Reporting and Meeting Documentation Including:
Producing and sending portfolio reports to clients
Preparing meeting documents for Financial Planners
Key Requirements:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Administrative skills
Knowledge and Experience:
Preferred 1-year financial administration experience
Skills and Behaviours:
Highly organised with excellent communication skills;
Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
Exceptional attention to detail;
Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task;
Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;
Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving;
Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times
Pay: 24k pro rata
