Overview


We are seeking an organised Financial Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners helping deliver exceptional service to valued clients.

Duties



Be the first point of contact--welcoming and assisting clients in person and over the phone Maintain accurate client records and manage sensitive data Prepare review packs, client letters, and documentation Liaise with providers to gather key information Uphold best practices and ensure high standards of accuracy

Requirements



Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role Proficiency in Intelligent Office back-office system Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
