Job Responsibilities
This Financial Services Trust Administrator job plays a key part in supporting clients who have received compensation following life-changing injuries, ensuring their financial arrangements are structured correctly and sensitively. The incoming Financial Services Trust Administrator will work closely with internal teams and external professionals to deliver a high standard of service at all times.
Supporting the setup and ongoing administration of Personal Injury Trusts to protect compensation awards
Explaining financial and administrative processes clearly and compassionately to clients
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors and professional contacts
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Handling sensitive and confidential information with care and precision
Identifying opportunities where additional Financial Planning services may benefit clients
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Financial Planning business
Adhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory standards at all times
Person Specification
This Financial Services Trust Administrator job suits a professional with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in financial planning and client care. The hiring company is seeking someone who is empathetic, organised and motivated to progress within the financial services sector.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
Previous experience within financial services, banking or financial planning (trust administration experience desirable but is by no means essential)
Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
A supportive and collaborative approach when working with colleagues and clients
