Location: Belfast or Leeds (Office-based)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 OTE 60,000 UNCAPPED

Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-5:00pm | Fri: 8:00am-4:00pm

Four-Day Week After 3-Month Probation

The Role

You will be a key player in our Debt Strategist team, responsible for:

Consulting with B2B prospects and business owners to understand their financial position and challenges.

Designing bespoke debt strategies and gaining their commitment to engage our services.

Holding in-depth one-to-one consultations, in person or virtually.

Building and maintaining strategic partnerships and referral relationships.

Championing our brand values with integrity and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling with substance, thrives on ownership and autonomy, and has a genuine interest in financial problem-solving.

Essential Skills & Experience

B2B or consultative sales experience, ideally within financial services, insolvency, or legal services

Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and most importantly: persuasive

Confident on the phone and in face-to-face/virtual meetings

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a varied workload

A strong work ethic - this is a results-driven role, not a 9-to-5 mentality

Demonstrate commercial awareness and emotional intelligence
