Plas Dinas Country House and The Gunroom Restaurant is a 5country house, awarded Best Hotel in Wales and Best Place to Eat at the Wales Tourism Awards and is the former home of Lord Snowdon.
The Gunroom Restaurant offers exceptional food, an intimate dining experience and requires a more team members to now take the service level forward in partnership with our excellent team. We have a lovely, talented, dedicated team who have worked for the company for many years. The restaurant and our incredible chefs are working towards our first Michelin Star.
