Finisher/multi Trade Building Operative
Job Description
A great opportunity to join a thriving West Midlands based building contractor. We are currently looking for an experienced finisher to join our team.
At this moment in time, we are only in search of experienced operatives, our work mainly consists of local authority contracts.

Requirements
- The ability to follow lists and complete work to a very good standard ready for client handover.
- Multi Trade - painting (touch ups), patching, mastic, basic carpentry, basic plumbing
-Attention to detail
-Working to tight deadlines
-Pride in work
- Own Tools + PPE
- Own VAN
- Skilled in communication and working relationships. (Can do attitude)
- Collect materials where required
Rates are negotiable once proven
UTR required - ongoing work for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 140.00-200.00 per day
Experience:
Construction: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred)
Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
