As a Finishing Foreman you will have a build background and provide supervision of the works and control of a team comprising of Gangers and direct labour force. Supervision and control of the works of Subcontractors throughout the project duration.
What you'll be doing


As a Finishing Foreman you will:

Provide supervision and coordinate the work team
Allocate daily responsibilities and communicate updates
Guarantee all safety and quality measures are met throughout the project
Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
Provide suggestions and recommendations for Temporary Works solution
Identify potential hazards and proactively implement actions and controls
Monitor the performance of plant operators
Carry out Safety & Environment Tours.



Who we're looking for


As a Finishing Foreman you will have:

Proven experience of working as a Foreman
Experience of Construction/New Build/ Fit Out related project
CSCS/SSTS/SMSTS Gold Card
Good health & Safety knowledge
Tier 1 experience would be beneficial
