to join their team on a project based in Huntingdon. With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented foreman to secure consistent work and contribute to high-quality delivery.

Role Responsibilities

As a

Finishing Foreman

, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all final-stage construction activities, ensuring the project is completed to a high standard of finish, on time, and in line with health and safety guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising all finishing trades on site (e.g. concrete finishing, minor snagging, kerbs, edgings, fencing, external works) Ensuring all work meets company and client quality standards Working closely with site management to ensure smooth coordination of trades and timely handover Managing labour, materials, and sub-contractors in the final stages of works Identifying and resolving any snags or defects Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Site Manager

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within groundworks and RC frame projects Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills SSSTS or SMSTS (required) CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred) First Aid at Work (advantageous) Own transport
