Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily operations, coordinating tasks among team members, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Duties

Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Coordinate daily activities and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals. Monitor work performance and provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly. Facilitate communication between management and team members to ensure clarity of objectives. Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and any incidents that occur during operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisions under pressure. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and management. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is essential.
