About the Role

We are looking for a Finishing Operative with the potential to grow into Finishing Lead within 6-12 months. This role focuses on the precision and quality that define Cinema Luxe. You will be supported by experienced managers and fully integrated within the fit-out team, giving you the knowledge and confidence to deliver full cinema interiors. You will learn the Cinema Luxe construction methods from start to finish, gaining the understanding required to eventually lead the finishing team. A degree of stay-away work is required as Cinema Luxe operates nationwide.

Responsibilities

Deliver complete cinema interiors, with a focus on finishing works including fabric wall systems, metalwork installation, and bespoke detailing. Take ownership of snagging and the final 5% of projects. Work alongside the fit-out team to understand full project sequencing. Develop leadership skills in preparation for leading the finishing team.

Skills & Experience

Experience in joinery, kitchens, furniture, or other fine-detail trades.o Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Ambition to grow into a leadership role within 12 months. Ability to follow technical drawings and collaborate on site.
