Overview

We are seeking a Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and inspecting our encapsulated products to our set in-house quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments who are eager to develop their skills further. The position involves working with various hand tools and requiring physical dexterity and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Clean incoming finished encapsulation assemblies using hand tools supplied Be able to work to a visual, agreed inspection criteria Use initiative to ensure work is steadily progressed in a timely manner Able to understand drawings and route cards Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections Have a steady hand to be able to repair products when required Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Follow H&S requirements throughout the factory and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment is preferred Be competent with H&S standards Previous experience in a quality role is desirable

What we offer
