Responsibilities:

Servicing and Maintenance of fire alarm systems and associated equipment. Servicing and Maintenance of fire suppression systems and associated equipment. Servicing and Maintenance of emergency lighting. Installation and Commissioning of Fire Alarm systems (both addressable and conventional). Installation and Servicing of Fire Extinguishers (not requirement - optional discipline). Ensure that all relevant engineering practises and Health and Safety procedures are adhered. Responding to unscheduled call outs and providing out of hours and call out on a rota basis.

Requirements:

Preferably 4 years' experience in servicing fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting systems & AOV's to the relevant British Standards. The ability to install and carry out remedial works to fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting systems & AOV's to the relevant British Standards. A wide knowledge of various conventional, addressable and radio systems is essential. Capability of working on an out of hours callout rota schedule. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology Knowledge of current standards and regulations including BS5839 and BAFE. Smart and clean appearance Ability to work alone or as part of a team Commitment to delivering high quality customer service Full clean UK drivers licence.
