Are you a skilled Fire & Security Engineer looking for a fresh challenge with a respected facilities services provider? We're hiring on behalf of a major retail client, offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent benefits and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be the go-to technical expert for a group of retail stores, handling first-response maintenance and servicing for a range of systems including:

Fire alarms (BS5839 compliant) CCTV (IP & analogue) EAS (Sensormatic) Access control Public address systems Automatic pedestrian gates
Your day-to-day will include:

Responding to service calls and carrying out repairs Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Diagnosing faults and recommending solutions Ordering and fitting parts to minimise downtime Liaising with store managers and keeping them updated Completing reports and surveys Ensuring all tools and equipment are in top condition
Requirements:

Electrical qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds) Experience with fire systems, CCTV, and EAS PC literacy and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and at heights IPAF and full UK driving licence Colour vision suitable for electrical work Flexibility for on-call duties
