, we're recruiting a

Fire Alarm Service Engineer

to join our team.This role covers the full lifecycle of fire alarm systems, including servicing, fault-finding and repairs. You'll act as the technical point of contact, providing leadership on-site. The role also includes participation in the

out-of-hours on-call rota

, responding to urgent service needs in line with our 24/7 support commitments.

What you receive for joining us:

We're looking to offer a salary of

30,000 to 35,000

per annum + bonus. In addition, we offer a company van, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday and company pension.

Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:

Deliver high-quality service and maintenance on fire alarm and security systems across various environments, ensuring reliable performance and client satisfaction Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota, supporting clients with system faults or issues outside standard working hours and providing effective resolutions Complete thorough service inspections within agreed timescales, maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring systems are operating as intended Keep detailed and accurate records of all work carried out, using mobile technology to support clear communication and professional reporting

Can you show experience in some of these areas:

Demonstrable experience in fire and security system maintenance in line with current industry standards and regulations Proven ability to fault find and repair across a range of fire and security systems including fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control and intruder; experience with Gent and Notifier is beneficial but not essential Full UK driving licence required with a flexible approach to travel across the West Midlands and surrounding areas Experience or qualifications in portable fire extinguisher servicing would be beneficial but are not essential
