Northants Fire Ltd are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Systems Installation Engineer to join our team, to work, predominantly, in the Northamptonshire area. Would suit a qualified electrician.

Northants Fire are a well established fire alarm specialist. We deliver projects, predominantly, in the commercial sector in Northamptonshire. We have an excellent team to join, within a supportive family run company. A Company van and tools will all be supplied for this role.

The salary given depends on experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for Company van and tools, all supplied. Utilise hand tools and power tools for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection equipment. Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase to ensure adherence to design specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of all installations, inspections, and maintenance activities undertaken within their role.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with electrical systems as they pertain to fire safety applications. Understanding of construction processes and ability to work collaboratively on-site with contractors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
