Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role will mostly comprise of commercial and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair fire and security systems.
Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with team members and clients to understand their needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in fire and security engineering.
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., BS 5839, NSI, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., FIA, City & Guilds, SVQ Level 3) preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Nice to have:
Data experience.
Electrical experience.
