As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced
Sales / Business Development Manager
to help drive new business growth and develop key client accounts.
The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities (B2B / commercial clients)
Developing relationships with property managers, facilities teams, retailers, and multi-site operators
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to handover
Working closely with operations to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and deliverable
Supporting tender submissions and framework opportunities
Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting information
Representing Wentworth professionally at meetings, networking events, and client visits
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (fire & security experience)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a growing team
Full UK driving licence
