About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire and Security Systems Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering Edinburgh and the Lothians, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and is confident in generating their own leads and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct site surveys for fire and security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.

Prepare detailed quotations and system designs based on client requirements and site conditions.

Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveys and proposals.

Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements



Proven experience in fire and security systems surveying.

Strong technical knowledge of relevant systems and standards.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must reside in Edinburgh or the Lothians.

Full UK driving licence.
