Current Opportunity

As part of our expansion we are currently seeking skilled

Fire Door Installers

to assist us delivering projects in the Midlands. We are looking for both small teams and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of fire door sets Performing routine fire door maintenance Working both independently and as part of a team Communicating regularly with the management team Conducting fire door inspections and documenting findings

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent trade qualification), or comparable hands-on experience demonstrating the same level of competence

Desirable Qualifications:

CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness Certification

Relevant experience

Proven experience working as a Carpenter Fire door installer. Experience in working in the social housing/health/high street sector. Trade background experience Knowledge/Awareness of Health and Safety on site

Aptitude, skills & abilities

Essential:

The ability to work with speed and accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to use own initiative. Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team

Personal attributes

Essential:

Proactive Efficient Adaptable Reliable
All site workers will be required to undergo a DBS check.

A Full UK driving license is essential.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent and fixed term roles available

Hours:

You will work 37.5 hours each week, Monday to Friday.
