We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be adept at working with various materials and tools. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining systems and structures in residential and commercial settings. The Installer will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform installations of doors and cabinets on the rare occasion. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation projects. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation of systems. Engage in fabrication work as required for specific projects. Carry out plastering tasks to finish surfaces smoothly. Execute carpentry duties such as framing, fitting, and finishing woodwork. Participate in construction painting to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Competence in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong background in general construction practices. Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints. Experience in plastering techniques for wall finishes. Skills in fabrication processes for custom installations. Proficient in carpentry skills for structural integrity and aesthetics. Understanding of masonry principles for durable construction solutions.
