Fire Door Supervisor

Elite Fire Solutions Limited are a company specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire protection products within the construction industry. Our offices are in Basildon, Essex.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Supervisor preferably with Housing Association experience.

Location:

All London areas, Essex, Brighton and Surrey

Duration:

Full Time PAYE

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily installation and maintenance of fire doors across residential, commercial, and public-sector projects Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and certification requirements Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality, compliance, and fire safety standards Mentor, train, and lead installation teams to achieve consistent workmanship and safety standards Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections and corrective actions Coordinate with clients, contractors and site managers to resolve issues promptly Promote health and safety best practices on site

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fire Door Supervisor or in the fire door installation supervision Knowledge of fire door standards, components and installation requirements IFC / BM Trada knowledge Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and report-writing abilities Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites Experience across social housing, healthcare or commercial sectors

Licence/Certification:

Joinery/carpentry - 2 years' experience (required) NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (required) DBS Certificate (required) CSCS Card (required) Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

NVQ Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection Knowledge of wiser passive fire protection measures
