Fire Door Workshop & Site Assistant (doncaster) – Must Drive

About the role
We're a Doncaster-based fire door business looking for a reliable extra pair of hands. Some days you'll be in the workshop helping make/prepare doors, and other days you'll meet the team on site to assist with fire door maintenance or installation.
This role suits someone practical who turns up on time, works hard, and wants steady work with a small team.
What you'll be doing
Workshop support: prepping doors/frames, sanding, packing, loading/unloading
Site support: assisting with installs/maintenance, basic repairs and ironmongery (training provided)
Keeping work areas tidy and working safely
Meeting the lads on site when needed
Essential requirements (please only apply if you have these)
Based in Doncaster or nearby
Full UK driving licence + your own car
(you must be able to meet the team / get to sites) Reliable and punctual (this is the most important part) Happy with physical work and basic hand toolsDesirable (not essential)
Joinery/workshop experience Construction/site experience Fire door experience CSCS card
Hours & pay
12.00 per hour (PAYE)
Monday-Friday (some early starts depending on site work)Probation period
with a review after8-12 weeks
