The Opportunity

Salary:

26,403 to 26,824 per annum (21,122 to 21,459 per annum, pro rata'd).


Working Pattern:

Part-time, 29.6 hours per week.


Location:

County Hall, Chichester and hybrid working from home.


Interview date:

02, 03 and 04 September 2025



As the Fire Performance Coordinator, reporting to the Fire Analyst and providing additional support to the wider OAG team, you would assist in the collection, co-ordination and reporting of management information required to support across all WSFRS service areas and associated WSFRS governance processes.



You would assist in the coordination and provision of administrative support for a variety of service areas. You will be comfortable with working in pressured environments and able to sustain high levels of mental attention for the preparation of reports, agendas, writing minutes and attendance at meetings.

What are we looking for?



You will need to be reliable, efficient, effective and flexible in providing support of a high level administrative nature. You will work flexibly across departments to support with general administrative duties relating to performance and any issues identified to the achievement of organisational objectives. You will need to be able to create and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers, team colleagues and external partners/organisations. Working within a dynamic team that embraces change and progression, you will never be bored. You will need to be able to work as part of a dynamic team to support the team and the Service objectives, as well as using your own initiative to independently respond to queries and unexpected problems that may arise.
