About The Role

As an Installer Recruitment & Performance Coordinator, you ensure that we only work with the best installers possible, across the UK! Welcoming installers that are capable of bringing our customers dreams to reality. An ideal candidate will be extremely organised, be capable of managing their own workload and possess great interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential installers.



This role is based

fully on-site

at our Head Office in

Barton-Upon-Humber.

Main responsibilities

Recruiting quality installers to subcontract for Wren Liaise with the Field Team to book pre-recruitment, installation quality inspections of prospective installers Engage with installers to ensure conformance to Wren Way standards for installers Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders around recruitment of installers. Identify and provide installer to meet scheduled installation requirement Undertake the agreed processes for effective communication to Installers and Field Personnel. Maintain accurate records of day-to-day activities as required by policy and procedures Collate requirements and accurately log IT equipment for installers. Perform admin tasks such as accurate reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry.

Desired skills and knowledge:

Experience working and engaging with 3rd Party sub-contractors and installers Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Attention to details and ability to deliver results Computer and IT Literate
