Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fire Risk Assessor to do an assessment on up to six of our assorted properties in London to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. A strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments across diverse types of premises, including commercial and residential buildings. Analyse existing fire safety systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement or compliance gaps. Develop a detailed report outlining findings, potential hazards, and recommended corrective actions. Collaborate with us to ensure fire safety measures meet legal standards and best practices. Assist in the design of any fire safety systems tailored to specific building requirements, ensuring integration with existing structures. Provide expert advice on construction modifications or system upgrades that enhance overall fire safety performance.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in fire risk management. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assessments efficiently. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in fire safety or risk assessment are essential.
