We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Risk Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating fire safety measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties
Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments for a variety of premises, identifying potential hazards and evaluating existing fire safety measures.
Develop detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with clients to design effective fire safety systems tailored to their specific needs.
Provide expert advice on fire safety legislation and best practices to clients and stakeholders.
Stay updated on current fire safety standards, regulations, and technological advancements in fire risk assessment.
Assist in the development of training materials and deliver training sessions on fire safety awareness and risk management.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering trust in our services.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in fire safety, risk assessment, or a related field is essential.
Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments within various environments is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and standards applicable in the UK.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.
Proficiency in system design related to fire safety measures is advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
