Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programs . This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations, system design, and effective training methodologies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Duties

Design and implement safety related training programmes that comply with industry standards and regulations. Conduct engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, focusing on best practices in safety and risk management. Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Collaborate with management to identify specific safety training needs within the organisation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations, trends, and technologies relevant to the construction industry. Prepare training materials, manuals, and resources that support learning objectives. Monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures during training sessions and in the workplace.

Requirements

Proven experience in a safety training role, preferably within the sector. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. Experience in system design related to safety protocols is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organisational skills. Relevant certifications in health and safety or training will be an advantage. Trainer must have experience to deliver all or at least of the training course .
