Description



Due to company growth, PWT Alarms are looking for an apprentice engineer to join the team.



PWT Alarms is SSAIB-certified, ensuring high standards in system reliability and compliance. They also provide ongoing inspection, testing, and maintenance services to keep systems operating effectively.



Their expertise spans various property types, from private homes to large commercial sites like hotels and industrial facilities.



You will be working alongside an experienced engineer to install, design and maintain the following systems:

Burglar alarms CCTV Fire alarms Access control Emergency lighting Nurse call systems

Entry requirements

Maths and English GCSE at grade 4 or above Based in the Kendal area Drivers licence required Previous experience with electrical installation 18+ due to site restrictions

Training to be provided



Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release.



You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the Warrington training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.



You will be required to complete an annual assessment at the training centre and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.
